The Monthly Bag offers a unique collection that's a fashionable Journal and matching Bag or Purse every month. Each set features a new design, giving customers something fresh and exciting to look forward to and collect.

Are the journal and bag designs the same every month?

No. Each month features a completely new design. Once the month ends, that design is no longer available and will not be restocked.

Can I purchase a previous month’s journal or bag?

No. All monthly collections are limited edition. Once they are gone, they are gone for good—making them collector’s items.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, you must:

  • Contact us through the Contact Page
  • Upload a clear photo of the damaged product
  • Submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order

Once reviewed, we will assist you with the next steps.

Can I return my item for any other reason?

No. Returns are only accepted for damaged items reported within the 7-day window.

How long do I have to report a damaged item?

You have up to 7 days after receiving your order to report any damage.
